Change of Mind

Due to the personal and magickal nature of our products (such as oils, herbs, salts, and spell kits), we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Faulty Items

• If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item and packaging
• I will assess the issue and may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit as appropriate. You may be asked to return the item before a resolution can be processed.

Missing Items

If something is missing from your order, please notify me within 7 days of receiving your parcel. I’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure you receive what you paid for.

Returns Eligibility

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty)

• Used spell kits or ritual items
• Custom orders or personalized spell work
